On June 4, the evenko foundation, accompanied by guest artist Rymz, visited Révèl’Action to announce a donation of musical instruments valued at more than $15,000. The announcement took place during the organization’s Open Mic evening, in the presence of many young people who will directly benefit from this initiative.

A community celebration in support of emerging artists

The announcement was marked by a festive atmosphere as Révèl’Action’s youth participants and staff gathered for a musical evening showcasing the talent and creativity of emerging artists. Rymz took the opportunity to perform and speak with participants about his career, his work as a youth worker, and the importance of music in his life before officially announcing the donation on behalf of the evenko foundation.

Beyond the donation itself, this initiative represents tangible support for Révèl’Action’s Parcours d’artistes program. By addressing a critical need for musical instruments, the evenko foundation is helping transform the organization’s studio into a true space for creativity and learning. This support will enable young people to develop their skills, bring their musical projects to life, and continue their artistic journey in an environment that encourages perseverance.

“This contribution from the evenko foundation represents much more than material support: it allows even more young people to develop their artistic potential, makes the arts more accessible, and creates meaningful opportunities for personal growth. By supporting initiatives such as Parcours d’artistes, the foundation contributes to the emergence of a new generation of creative, engaged artists who are deeply connected to their community. We are truly grateful for this invaluable support.” – Justine Damord, Executive Director, Révèl’Action

“Sometimes, all it takes is a single spark to ignite a fire that lasts a lifetime.” – Rymz

“The evenko foundation is proud to act as a catalyst for Révèl’Action’s Parcours d’artistes program by helping equip its studio with the instruments it needs. This initiative is designed to foster creativity, perseverance, and the emergence of new talent by providing young people with an environment that supports their artistic development. We are delighted to support a project whose positive impact will be felt throughout the community for years to come.” – Roman Oryschuk, Chair of the Board, evenko foundation

Musical instruments supporting the next generation of artists

Thanks to this donation, Révèl’Action will be able to enhance its studio with new musical instruments and provide improved creative conditions for more than 500 young people. These new acquisitions will support their artistic development and allow them to grow in an environment tailored to their needs.

At Révèl’Action, music is a powerful tool for expression and engagement. Through songwriting workshops, technical training activities, and open mic evenings, young people have free access to meaningful opportunities to develop their creativity, skills, and self-confidence.

This initiative will contribute to the perseverance and social inclusion of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. By strengthening the Parcours d’artistes program, it will provide participants with the resources they need to pursue their creative ambitions and explore new opportunities for the future.
